Honeycrisp

I went to the studio to paint my first oil post-workshop and forgot my solvent. So I had my hand at acrylics. I've got to say, after working only one week in oils, I am a fan! I love the way they feel. I may make a permanent conversion. So here is a little honeycrisp for you to enjoy.

Wild apple

This is an apple from our tree, which is old, unkempt and wild. This is about the only apple from the tree that was not marked with worm holes, large scabs, etc... Thought I'd like to try painting it.
