Ton and his carrot - SOLD

This is one more painting of Ton. For those who asked, he is a bulldog pup. Anyway, another funny thing about him is that he loves to eat carrots. I thought that was hilarious. He had just been given a carrot and I snapped this picture. And then he began eating.
6"x6" / oil on panel / SOLD

That's funny! We had a cat years ago that just adored canned peas ! Go figure.
Painting is very cute.

What a charming expression! You've caught his longing look for that carrot!

This is SO cute! My dog also loved carrots! And also brocolli stems too. She loved them as much as any bone and used to whine as I peeled the vegetables! :0)

Him is SOOOOO cute!! I read your earlier post about how he head butts your legs. Awwww. Makes me want to cuddle him through the screen. I love how you painted his wrinkly foldy skin too. :))

I love the cropped in view, so connects the viewer with poochie. And the striped cloth adds so much to the composition. Great painting Kim!

Hi Kim,

Great painting. My dog loves carrots and broccoli stems too, and red pepper, and salad, but only with dressing. Lets face it some dogs will eat anything.
