~A Canadian Artist's Visual Diary~
I grew up with radish sandwiches too KIm! We had a huge garden and would pull some, wash and munch down - did a lot with white radishes. Have any of those around your house? Great composition and strong, bold palette!
Goodness! Where do you find the time?? Fantastic! How long do these paintings take you?
these last 2 paintings are awesome! Great brushwork and color!
Aw, this poor radish.....but alas, it's been immortalized in oil. Love the brightness.
I think this really beautifully painted.
Ha ha buy one get half free. I have ones just like this in my plot i cant stop eating bits of my produce.
Never liked radishes until now. Lovely painting and I might even try a radish sandwich now.
So simple yet so compelling!! Congrats!!
I've loved all your shoes and now these perfect gems! great shapes and shadows in these radishes.
I'm drooling over these last two compositions! Love the way the brushwork suggests the grain of the pulp. Really terrific work, Kim!
Love this piece Kim...great brushwork and color, I like the title too!
