Fishy shot glass

A muggy holiday Monday but it's been a really good day. First I had tea with a friend that was long overdue. Thanks E ; ) Next it was off to AyrSpace Gallery (with my sister - long overdue as well and a great time catching up ; ) to drop off my pieces for the upcoming show: Summertime, the living is easy. I will be participating in this show with fellow artists Bruce Sherman, Donelda Janzen, Eve Yantha, Hank Bos, Jeanette Obbink and Kathleen Thorsen.
The opening is this Friday evening from 6-8pm. Jill's gallery is BEAUTIFUL! I just love it and am so happy to be a part of things there. Consider this an invitation if you live near by - the more the merrier!
When I got back home I had to paint and decided on a favourite subject - a fish shot glass from my grandparents. I painted him last year here.
6" x 6" / oil on panel / $75

A great little fish glass - and a very nice painting of it.
All good wishes for the art show - I would like to come, but alas, it's a little too far !
