Power up

This is a summer replay : ) It's been a weekend of summer parties, lingering dinners and fine visits with family and friends.
I painted this piece February 15th. It was a view from my studio window. I wanted to paint outside but wimped out due to the cold. Hard to imagine now : )
6" x 8" / oil on panel / $75

Kim, this very interesting work,
generally the vision of a post is not very nice,
but you managed to give a sense of aesthetics
very good! simply amazing!

It is very difficult to see possibilities for creations in the simple things around us.
Often a lamp post is a welcome offering to the artist.
Here
you worked very well
the line, color, the moviment, composition, and finally the whole set.
Beautiful.
Greetings!

I agree with Denise, that it is a very interesting painting - and to be able to make a power pole interesting - well, that's something!! I really liked yesterday's colourful landscape.

Thank you everyone ; ) Just off to the studio now to get going on today's painting. The humidity has finally broken and no reason not to produce something stellar! LOL

Kim, is there anything at all that you CAN'T make look interesting? This really is strangely fantastic!
