I can see why you like painting shoes. Interesting, strong shapes- these, especially. I love the tie hanging between the two shoes. And the beautiful deep reds- yum! You nailed the perspective, too. Not an easy task....

They look just marvellous but every time I see a pair of shoes like that I just marvel that anybody can walk on those heels. I have managed to walk 35 miles tis week and run 49 gues what? Not in heels like these. But I do love the painting.

Wow! I like the rich colors and the perspective of seeing the shoes from behind. And the touches of blue is really nice.

Red shoes. I had this image of red shoes in my mind two days ago. I was wondering what that meant. I believe it was to see it on your blog. I like very nice.

This pair is a winner, Kim. The detail you get with a single wide brush stroke is amazing. I love this one!

BANG! Right out of the park with this one, Kim! I liked your 'one shoe' paintings, but this one tops everything. Such strong brushwork!

You can definitely feel that the owner of these shoes are "ready to go". Lovely burgundy/red palette.

I think we have the same pair of shoes Kim! I like the looseness of your painting - I think I got a little "too tight" when I painted my shoes. I enjoy your work! Thank you.
