WOW! Intersting similarities to what I painted today. I was in the Lava canyon of the Snake River in Idaho....See mine on my blog, MarilynMillersStudio.blogspot.com

Beautiful. Is that a real place? It looks so fantastic that I want to go there.

Tell me more about this....what's the reference? Where is it going? I like the shape of the sky and the upper 2/3 of the painting. I always have trouble with the foreground in landscapes and i'm eager to see how you deal with that.

This looks gorgeous! Such a colourful painting!

I recognize the escarpment. I love how you can "see" the landscape in blocks of colour. I am trying to do that but I get caught up in the darn details. This will be wonderful when finished. We live in a beautiful "neck of the woods" called southern Ontario. Cheers Karin Lynn

This is incredibly beautiful and I love the scale of it! What size is it exactly? Again, very very beautiful!!!

Awesome, Kim- love the bold colors!

This is amazing Kim. It is too bad that everyone can't see it in real life. It needs to be seen big and in better light to realize it's full impact.
