Back to a small one today. I was feeling the need to paint a cupcake. 'Cause some days you just want to paint cupcakes, yes? Much easier than trying to figure what to do with that tree from yesterday! (btw, thanx for your feedback)

...Et c'est si bon!... Cela redonne parfois des forces!...
Jolie peinture que celui de gâteau qui me donne l'eau à la bouche!
Gros bisous
well, this painting just makes me want to drive right over to "pastrygirl" and get one of these! It looks delicious--very nicely painted
DEE-lish! Did you put the cherry on yourself or do they come that way? Fabulous job on the paper, too, BTW!
Great job on the cupcake, the sprinkles, the cherry and the paper. It's a winner!
I am ready to paint some larger paintings, they have been in my head for so long, but I have been so busy and unable to go forward. I lay in bed at nite and plan all these paintings out. (You know when I start, I will be frozen) I like your escape to the cupcake, I hope you ate it after!!
I do think you are doing well with your larger ones, you are inspiring me, keep it up! When I need your help, i'll come calling....
Yes, sometimes we know a particular subject just MUST be painted that day. Love this one and it's 3D violet shadowed frosting.
Excellent cupcake. I feel as if I could lick it! But that would be weird. ;)
Love the cupcake, but it's making me hungry for all the wrong things. Gotta go. Celery time.
Beautiful work.

Decadent!
I think we need something familiar and easy sometimes. It helps keep the joy in painting.
I love the graphic nature of your paintings! This cupcake looks so delicious. I am intriged by the paper around the cupcake.
