Okay! I have to make a few big changes tomorrow. First I need to tone down that gold! Yikes. Also need to shift that bright green line behind the house and work on simplifying that front field. Now that I compare it to yesterday, I think I liked the simplified colour blocks. Might go back to that tomorrow. This is a real learning piece.

Looks great so far Kim, I like this a lot, I think with the few tweaks you want to do this will amazing when finished.
I love watching what you're doing. Super Kim.

This is really beautiful!
Love this composition, Kim. I like the little gold trees between the house and the sheds. I also like how that horizontal line of clouds repeats the lines of the landscape. This is going to be a good one!
I really love the long horizontal composition of this piece. the gold doesn't really bother me. The piece reminds me of my childhood visiting and living in Southern Illinois all those rural farms. It is beautiful!
Au fur et à mesure que tu travailles, la profondeur s'exerce... bravo!
Une toile qui ne manque pas de piquant! vite je veux voir son évolution finale;
Gros bisous à toi Kim.
Although I like the gold, I really liked the blue green thing you had going behind it before. The house stood out in a lonely, solitary sort of way. I love watching your process and trust your color choices though....always learning from observing your wonderful application and technique. Thanks for your willingness to put it all out there for us...even the learning part. Benefits us all.
I am in love with this piece Kim. I love the shape of the house and the power lines and the gold against the green. It feels very nostalgic. Beautiful work Kim. I've so enjoyed seeing you explore and try new things. You are inspiring!! :))
I love it when you post your WIP's. It gives us a real insight into how you get to your wonderful results and the challenges that you come across along the way :0)
