In my studio now...

So here is what I've been working on lately. Although I'm liking it, it's too colourful for what I have in mind. And still a bit busy. I'll keep you posted. And thanks for all your feedback on these pieces. I really appreciate your thoughts!

Lol! I still see liqorice allsorts! I don't know if it's the shapes, the colours or the fact that I have begun to associate you with them, but that's what my mind is seeing when I look at these lovely, colourful abstracts! :0)

Hi Kim!... Hue and shapes whimsically abstract a feeling of "Happy Easter" in this piece to me. But hey!... I'm really not somebunny you should listen to in reference to abstract expressionism! HA HA!!

Good Painting!
Warmest regards to you and Harry!

I like it! There's a peacefulness about it. Very much a Spring painting. Love the little bumblebee amongst the flower buds.
Cheers,

I see your abstract side is emerging more and more. These are really great! You could name them with words that describe emotions, or moods. April 20 posting could be "Quiescence in Blues" It makes me think of a calm city after a snow fall. I relate everything to weather. hmmm. Just a thought. I'll keep ruminating.
