Roots

Here's what it looks like today. I am still debating whether to darken the top strip - really darken. I'm going to have to think on that...
This is acrylic on stretched canvas, 12"x12"

I'm really enjoying your tree and nature paintings. I don't think the dark strip needs to be darkened. I think it has good balance as it is. There is a great contrast between the blues and the orange/brown. I really like it.
Also, sorry for not getting back to you regarding the question about whether I have done the One Of A Kind show before. I did the show for several years selling small acrylic paintings, but this is my first year doing larger canvases. I guess I will find out how it goes! (Thats why I'm painting like crazy with no time to spare!)
