The Love of Art is Alive and Well at the Toronto Outdoor Art Expo 2014

This weekend I exhibited at the fabulous Toronto Outdoor Art Expo (TOAE) at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto. TOAE is the largest and longest running juried outdoor art exhibition in Canada. The quality of work was top-notch and I was proud to be part of it.
The many conversations I had with the people that came through my tent proved that the love of art is alive and well in Toronto! I met one couple who lives in Ottawa and travels to Toronto every year specifically for this show.
I sold some paintings, discovered exciting new artists and saw lots of cute pomeranians (just one of those things : P) A huge thank you to my helpers for the weekend: Sandra, Sheri and Harry. I could not have done the show without you. And thanks to my friends who let me bunk at their place so I didn't have to drive back and forth each day. To all the new people I met who had such kind words, to my friends who came to see me, and to those who purchased paintings, a very warm, deeply felt THANK YOU!
