Lemon Tart

I thought the three pastries from yesterday were so lovely they each needed their own painting. So this is a lemon tart topped with meringue and a thin slice of dehydrated pineapple, capped with a plump blueberry. The pineapple cut and dried this way resembles a beautiful flower. I love it and it tasted delicious!

Fragments

This is that beautiful, faux depression glass bowl that I bought for a buck ;-) I think what I love about it so much is the colour. When I shone the light on it, shards of robins egg blue and turquoise sparkled. I threw the lemon and cherries in there for a bit of bounce.
