Well, yum indeed! These pastries are simply delicious. Wonderful job on the crusts and surgery fruit. I also like your use of blue for the tin pans.
I wish I could eat it. I could go for one of those delectable tarts right about now! I love these. Maybe someday, when I have a house (and some money!) I'll splurge on one of your lovely pieces!
