Toasted Coconut Tart

A little something I picked up from the bakery yesterday. Summer holidays for the kids mean a summer schedule for me too - my posts kind of suffered this week! My schedule may be a bit erratic but I'll get into some sort of summer swing. Anyway, enjoy this tart. All the fun of visual pleasure without the calories : )

WANT!! The painting and the tart! I love it Kim. It would look great with your other coconut cupcake painting, if it's not already sold. :) Us artist moms are all suffering the summer schedule I think. Glad to see you post when you can, and if you get any good ideas about schedules lay em on me ok?

I guess I am not the only one feeling like any schedule I might have had is out the window with summer holidays! But it is so great to have the kids around more.

I really appreciate the zero-calorie joy this decadent tart is giving me! Thanks! Love how you handled the foil cup and the coconut.
