I'm painting a series of these - three I think. I just really like the colour combination. The rose is full and open, the petals almost ready to drop. If you ever wonder why this blue figures so prominently in my paintings it's because my table is a thick pane of smooth frosted glass. Sometimes I lay down colour cards or cloths, but I love the table top on its own. 6" x 6" / oil on panel / $75
