These are the flowers I used in my class last week - some tulips and roses. I worked with a palette knife for this one. I enjoy mixing it up. Speaking of spring, tomorrow we're supposed to get unseasonably warm temperatures and even showers. In February! A little unusual but I'll take it : ) 6" x 6" / oil on panel / SOLD

Love the colors and the palette knife work. That dark value in the middle and foreground brings it all together, and gives a bit of an abstract feel. I think this nice weather is just a tease, but ya, we'll take it!!
I really like your flowers, but strangely, what really makes it for me is the petals which have fallen off and are lying by the side of the display :0)
