Cherry kiss

Ah...this one came a little bit easier. There are so many subtle value and hue shifts on cherries!

Love this Kim!! But I loved the other one too, this one looks a little bit more cheerful, but maybe that's because they're kissing. :) And I didn't get to comment on your other posts, but I want to tell you how much I LOOOOOOOOVE that blue chillin frog. I actually went to the pet store to try and find a little boa constrictor to photograph and paint, but alas twas not to be, he was hidden in a log. I was thinkin of you the whole time!

These cherries are great-beautiful shades of red in them.
It was funny last week-one day I planned to paint a lily and you painted a lily, next day I planned to paint a frog, and you painted a frog. We must have been on the same wave length!
I really love your work.

You would think they are easy to paint, I painted them last week, so I know how challenging it was. I like the blue, it looks like they are kissing by the ocean.

There is something about this that reminds me of those wonderful high heels you paint...they really click!
