Lunch scraps

My plate after lunch looked beautifully abstract so I carried it into my studio to paint ; ) There are 2 bits of asparagus stalk, 1 strawberry hull, the tip of a pea pod, 1 cherry and a bunch of cherry pits. Disclaimer: yeah - I'm not always so healthy - lol. My mother-in-law stopped by and she had just been at the market.

This is gorgeous. I love the white on white on white. Also love the fact that you see a painting in unlikely places. Very cool.

That is beautifully abstract! I love that there's so many interesting things (for lack of a better word, what kind of writer do I think I am?!) to look at and decipher. When you told me what was there I had to go back and find each piece. :) Wierd huh?

And I was gonna applaud you on your healthy eating, cuz my lunch is usually PB & J or cookies. :D
